Wonderful News!

So Geoff and I went to the first ultrasound last Friday, 02/20. The dr called last night and said that the ultrasound looked great!! On Friday I was 6 weeks and 3 days. So now, I am 7 weeks and 2 days. Im finally excited. Finally Finally Finally!!! October baby it is!!

There's a heartbeat

So Geoff and I went to have our first of many ultrasounds Friday night. We saw the heartbeat! Wow, just to watch the little flutter on the screen, to know there is a little person "sesame seed" alive in there. Geoff said he saw the heart rate flutter from 117 to 134 bpm. The tech said that I have a very good size sac. ha!

We are suppose to hear from the Dr this week about due date, how far along I am, etc. So until then, I am still holding off on making the big announcement and letting my nerves get the best of me. Until then....

It's beginning to look alot like happiness!

The dr called this morning. Good news. My numbers are up to 9,120!!! Woohoo! I go next Friday for my first ultrasound. I can't wait. I am finally starting to get excited. I can't wait to tell everyone. It is killing me keeping this a secret. Pregnant, Pregnant, Yes, I'm pregnant. Lauren's having a baby, Geoffrey's going crazy...If its a girl, we'll give it a curl, if it's a boy, we'll give it a toy!!!

Blood work Blood work and more blood work

Well the Dr just called. My HCG level is great!!! It went from 473 to 1688. Still, I have kept the secret! You have no idea how much it is killing me to just scream to the world, "I'm pregnant". The day will come and I can't wait to tell everyone the great news. Looks like third time really is the charm!!
